This team is for girls ages 7-12 interested in learning and playing the sport of volleyball. It's similar to AAU basketball and travel soccer. Practices are held at Eastman Business Park, 200 Ridge Rd. West in Rochester. The club season starts in November and goes through the end of May, and teams travel to various tournaments, mostly in New York state.

Team Breakdown:

• skill / ability level
• experienced players / new beginner players
• setter / middle / outside positions needed on each team
• commitment level - two practices per week, tournaments you can attend
• players that need to car pool with each other
