ATTENTION CLUB PARENT REPS / PARENTS:
IMPORTANT - A timely response with the volunteer sheet is required! Thank you for your support!

As we move forward into the final weeks of preparation for our BIGGEST Winter Challenge Tournament EVER! Please take a few minutes to review this information... with over 130 teams participating across the Rochester area, we will need lots of help to make it the BEST ever!

In order to keep attracting teams from outside the region all of the VFX family needs to work hard to make this an overall success. THANKS for your continued support, without it this tournament would not be possible.

Please return the volunteer forms by Friday - February 9th to your team parent representative. Please put all volunteer forms in the mailbox at Hot Shots or e-mail them to Cindy D'Errico at dderric1@rochester.rr.com.

CONCESSIONS and 50/50 Raffle proceeds goes to the teams that are responsible for providing the service.
