We are trying to manage getting everyone in centralized locations to accommodate the flow of teams, and negotiated lower rates.

Let Cindy D'Errico know what hotel you are at (even if it is another hotel) and how many rooms you have. If you are still looking for rooms, and cannot get into one of those, email Cindy to get you into and set-up for another host hotel with all of the same information.

If you do not want to register on-line, please write down your contact information and roster and mail it with your check to the address listed above.
